I was born and raised in western New York, but a series of moves took my family from New York to Florida before we landed in Michigan. Along the way I sold three homes "for sale by owner" and discovered my true calling: I have a genuine knack for selling real estate and easily relate to buyers and sellers based on my personal experience. For five years I sold real estate in Michigan, digging in and cutting my teeth in a market hard-hit by the Recession, where unemployment reached 20% and 70% of home sales were foreclosures or short sales. I worked hard, learned a lot, and became one of the top-selling agents in my office. In 2009 I moved to Kirkland and immediately joined the best real estate team I could find: Coldwell Banker Bain in Bellevue. Now, in addition to having earned my managing broker's license, I'm an accredited home stager and work with a team to help my clients prep their homes, inside and out, to appeal to today's buyers. I am a Previews Property Specialist, proficient in marketing luxury properties. I'm also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, specifically attuned to meet the needs of buyers and sellers age 50+. And as a certified new home specialist, I successfully work with developers, builders, and new home buyers to achieve their real estate goals. In 2015, I was honored to appear on an episode of HGTV's long-running program, "House Hunters," helping a family of five to find their perfect Eastside home. And in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, I was presented with the prestigious Five Star Professional Award and the Coldwell Banker International President's Elite Award, earned by the top 2% of top sales professionals in the Coldwell Banker International Network. Clients say I am an excellent communicator, honest, hard-working, and attentive to details. I look forward to working with you, your family, and your friends, for years to come.
